ZVI LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ZVI mobile application and website at zvi.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Voice recordings — temporarily processed for speech-to-text conversion using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Voice audio is not stored on our servers.
- Conversation transcripts — the text of your conversations with ZVI is stored to provide persistent memory and personalized responses across sessions.
- Usage data — session duration and time balance information for billing purposes.
- Conversation summaries — AI-generated summaries of your sessions to improve the personalization of future interactions.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the ZVI conversational experience.
- To remember context from your previous sessions.
- To track your usage time for billing purposes.
- To generate and deliver voice responses.
- To communicate with you about your account.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ZVI:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your conversation text to generate responses. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- ElevenLabs — converts text responses to voice audio. Subject to ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.
- Pinecone — stores conversation embeddings for memory retrieval.
- Vercel — hosts our backend infrastructure.
- Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Apple Speech Recognition — processes voice input on-device.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage. Conversation data and user summaries are stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
Data Retention
We retain your conversation data and summaries for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
Children's Privacy
ZVI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
