These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZVI mobile application and website operated by ZVI LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using ZVI, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

ZVI is an AI-powered conversational experience that provides spiritual guidance, teachings, blessings, and personalized responses through voice interaction. ZVI uses artificial intelligence and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Account Registration

To use ZVI, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

Usage and Billing

• New users receive 15 minutes of free usage time.
• Additional usage time can be purchased for $33 per hour.
• Purchased time does not expire and can be used across multiple sessions.
• Usage time is tracked from when you start a session to when you end it, or when it is automatically ended due to inactivity or the app being closed.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Automatic Session Protection

To protect your usage balance, sessions are automatically ended when:

• You close the app or it goes to the background.
• There is no interaction for 3 minutes.
• Your remaining time balance reaches zero.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZVI for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use ZVI to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Resell or redistribute ZVI's responses.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ZVI's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• Responses are for informational and inspirational purposes only.
• ZVI is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated response.
• You should use your own judgment when acting on any guidance received from ZVI.

Intellectual Property

The ZVI application, including its design, mandala visualization, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of ZVI LLC. Your conversation transcripts remain your personal data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZVI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZVI at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZVI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which ZVI LLC is incorporated.
